The staff here is exceptionally friendly, even compared to other Thundercloud locations. The decor features a variety of classic local posters that highlight the history of Austin's culture. This is truly one of the best Thundercloud locations. Be sure to try the Big Paul or the Classic Club!

We always order the Austin Club, but over the past year, it has been declining—fewer vegetables and they’re no longer diced properly. This time, there was no meat in the salad at all. We didn't pay the full price for such a subpar meal, especially since we specifically requested no onions, yet they were included. The staff at Thundercloud Subs seems untrained and indifferent to customer preferences.

The mac and cheese was spoiled and smelled awful when I opened it. The broccoli cheddar soup tasted sour. I usually frequent the Thundercloud location downtown, and this one did not live up to that standard.
