Chisos Grill - Bee Cave

I dined there with my coworkers during our company retreat. I usually gravitate towards tacos, so I ordered the firecracker shrimp tacos, which came with "crunchy slaw" according to the menu. However, the slaw was overwhelmingly acidic—almost like drinking apple cider vinegar—which made it impossible for me to eat, along with the four tortillas. In the end, I only ate the shrimp. I'm all for fusion cuisine, but it should be palatable. On a positive note, I did enjoy the appetizers, specifically the truffle fries and ceviche, so the outing wasn't a complete disappointment.

I visited my mom who lives nearby, and we decided to try this restaurant. It was fantastic! There were four of us, and we all loved our meals and drinks. The service was welcoming, and the prices were fair. The southwest ambiance really enhanced the experience. Everything was delicious!

The service was impeccable, also deserving a top score of 5, making the experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was inviting and pleasant, which contributed to an overall delightful dining experience, also rated at 5. Highly recommended!

They served my son spoiled, sour milk. It tasted like lemonade. The manager laughed and didn’t offer any compensation. They said it was “normal”. This is a health issue. Do not come here Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I visited Chisos for the first time tonight and my experience has been nothing short of amazing! John was incredibly attentive and such a great waiter! My family was visiting and we're blown away by what a great dining experience we had! Thank you so much Chisos! We can't wait to comer back!
