There is a girl wearing earbuds whose attention I struggled to get when I came in as her back was turned and she had her earbuds in. Clearly had no business working a cash register and food server as she had no interest in interacting with people. Her responses when I got her attention were monotone and singular. I have never tried this place before but wanted to try these foliepops and the French cuisine. But with no explanation as to what is going on and employees disinterested in interacting with potential customers I cannot understand how it can afford to survive in such expensive real estate.

The staff was extraordinary and the chef even came out to talk to me and shared the story and vision behind the scrumptious dessert palette. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone. You won’t regret it ? Five stars for sure ?.

I sent my husband on this morning on his way to vote... read more Omg! as a Bee Cave resident I was so happy to hear about this French bakery moving to Hill County Galleria. I sent my husband on this morning on his way to vote at the civic hall. he came home with 3 large Follipos. wow. we actually split one of them 3 ways with our son. so yummy. what a delicious treat. we ate another one, a different flavor, this afternoon. again delicious. although not cheap, so worth it. we will be back. thanks Folipop.
