Chick-fil-A - Bee Cave
Chick-fil-A
Description
This Chick-fil-A location delivers consistently tasty food and friendly service, with a family-friendly atmosphere and community involvement that patrons appreciate. Efficiency during busy times is notable, and the quality remains reliably high, especially popular with kids. However, drive-thru errors and order mix-ups occur more than expected, sometimes coupled with slow service during off-peak hours. The biggest challenge is the chaotic parking lot and traffic flow, often causing long waits and frustration. Despite these flaws, many customers remain loyal, praising staff efforts and special events that enhance the experience beyond just a meal.

Order grilled chicken sandwich.Drive thru sack was sitting on shelf.Man handed order to me.Sandwich must have sit there for a while. No flavor soggyFries no salt.
Was very angry when I went thru the drive thru and my order was wrong after I drove 20 min back to work and it wasn't what I ordered. My ticket was correct too! I ordered a southwest salad with chicken strips and creamy salsa. My friend wanted the same with Avacado ranch. They gave me a nasty fruit salad with grilled chicken with creamy salsa.... Not what I wanted. The fact they still gave me the dressing for the southwest to use on a fruit chicken salad? Yeah gross. For $25. I want my meal right. Come on yallll!
A total **** show! I work near by and chick fil a is close so I always try to go here but this parking lot situation is a hot mess I literally drive away almost every time people are so inconsiderate I hate it please chick fil a fix your parking lots
As for the drive-thru lines, although it may look chaotic, they move quickly. I’m talking less than 5 to 7 minutes even with two full lines of cars stretching almost to the street (620). It might take about ten minutes at the most, which is impressive compared to other fast food places around here. Especially Whataburger... just don't even go there! No matter the time of day or how many cars are in line, you could be waiting 30-45 minutes even with just one car ahead of you, only to receive the wrong order, food that's undercooked, or something just plain unappetizing. That’s not the case at this Chick-fil-A. I don’t eat fast food often, but when I do, I opt for the grilled nuggets, which are usually spot on. The fries are great as well, though I must admit the prices are a bit steep. I skip the drink, and it still feels pricey for an eight-piece grilled nugget meal with a small or regular fry. Overall, it's a fantastic spot for a quick bite, and even on Friday and Saturday nights after football games at Lake Travis High—arguably their busiest times—it's a popular hangout. Surprisingly, the drive-thru still runs quite efficiently. I’ve never been inside, and honestly, I have no desire to go there. Peace out! -DD
