We spent there 2 hours and a half enjoying it everything and relaxing after a long walk in the mountains.

The food was always terrific, alway... read more This is a place I 've been coming to for more than 20 years I remember when it was located a couple of houses further along. The food was always terrific, always slightly more chic than the average local restaurants of the region. The staff is absolutely lovely, the location breathtaking. Lately they 've changed their concept, the current one being fixed 'degustatione ' menus of either 4 or 6 courses. While the quality of the food is hands down sublime, many of the dishes feel a bit fussy i.e. I found many to be more interesting than actually delicious . It 's a matter of taste, obviously, but I would have been happier with fewer, but more specific dishes. Nevertheless the location, the waiting staff, the hotel room (gorgeous! ... I will of course return.
