A breakfast Crisp Sandwich ordered. It took over 20 minutes and had completely overcooked/baked bacon instead of the Taylor ham of the menu and also lacked the cheese. 20 minutes for a sandwich is crazy and they should at least know how to prepare their own menu items. My wife picked me up a Lox bagel with cream cheese and a jalapeno everything bagel this weekend.Most of the time the bagels here are crunchy on the outside and soft/chewy on the inside with just the right amount of spice. One time the bagel was hard, like it was a day old, but I consider that the exception.The reason for my bad review though, the prices! Lox bagel $18 in store and $22 on grubhub.
