I love living so close to this place. It's so delicious that we eat there for takeaways like twice a week! Every time we have friends over they request the best Thai in Perth! There is no fanciness just great tasting food and great people. What Kaleb Legros doesn't like about Mae Khong Thai:
I was pretty hungry but it still didnt seem that good. Have definitely had better thai food than this and the serving sizes were rather small. Our red curry came in a smallish dinner bowl and the beef was hard and cold. Yes i know beef salad is supposed to be WARM but this was cold. Probably wont be back. Not really sure why it had such a high rating, really nothing special about this meal at all View all feedback.
The woman who served us was very abrupt, not at all kind, but the food was delicious and good value. I got the veg satay and my brother got Pad Thai...
We had let Mae Khong get out a few times and I'm still a little indecision on my feelings, the green curry I ordered was a bit too fishy...

This place always delivers quality thai food. I've come here on several different occasions and it never disappoints. Normally order the thai green chicken curry with rice. The right amount of flavour and spice. Highly recommend it.
Ordered takeaway for a large group and it was great ! The massaman beef was a standout, also enjoyed the pad Thai, fried rice, red curry chicken a few other dishes. Only thing that was a let down were the curry puffs.
