The fajitas were absolutely delicious! I tried the mixed meat option, and the portion was generous. The chips and salsa were tasty as well. I personally prefer my salsa to have a bit more heat, but you can easily add some with the hot sauce provided. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout my visit. View all feedback.
What Paul F doesn't like about Casa Brava Authentic Mexican Cuisine:
This restaurant used to be a great spot for family and friends, but unfortunately, it has gone downhill. The service is poor, and the food is inconsistently cooked—either undercooked or overcooked. I ordered the chicken fajitas tonight, and they were the worst I've ever had. Overall, this place has really declined, and I wouldn’t recommend it. Instead, consider going to El Compadre. So dirty on inside. Table filthy when they sat us. The ceiling tiles are holding water dripping into restaurant, no bucket to catch it, just let it soak the carpet below. The chips were two totally different batches mixed into one basket some light, crispy and fresh, others dark, oily, and heavy. Salsa good. Cheese dip watery thin. Food mediocre at best. Some items look like they come frozen then they drop them into the fryer just tastes old/not fresh/freezer burnt type taste. This place used to be so good, it has really gone down hill. Service friendly but inattentive. Water tasted HORRIBLE. So disappointed, what a bummer, had better experiences a few years ago.
Great place. I've been here 4 times. Cold beer. Good food. I had the mini-taco salad which was a perfect proportion for me and I was so glad to see it on the menu. Hubby had a steak burrito which he enjoyed. Service was quick and efficient.
From first glance this doesn't seem to be an appetizing place. I was in the Bedford area working and I visit this place as often as I can. Friendly staff. My go to is the Papa Locos. French fries covered in a steak and cheese. Absolutely fabulous.
This restaurant was a terrible experience. I visited with my dad, and it took a long time for us to even get a server. When our food finally arrived, it was poorly prepared and lacking flavor. The tortilla wrap was so tough that I honestly thought I might have broken a tooth. At one point, we were left with empty glasses for 15 minutes during our meal until I had to go find another server to get us some drinks. However, they have no problem hovering around your table when they want payment. My dad and I will definitely not be returning.
