So this day I went there to eat, always having my entrecôte and fries as usual. This time I had the unpleasant feeling of eating dirt. So I call the waitress telling her that the potatoes are not properly cleaned. I am not a beginner in the restaurant business having a mother and an aunt who is a chef, the waiter comes and tells me that this is normal. It's the skin even though we can clearly see that there are black deposits on the fries. She tells me that no, it's the skin so I cleaned one of the fries and took another as is! I will let you judge by yourself. I am very disappointed in the very confident behavior of this person knowing that she knows very well that I eat here very often. (I didn't know about black-skinned potatoes! In short, I clearly ate dirt. Of course I wouldn't go back there again (everyone makes mistakes, the important thing is to recognize them THANKS
