The food was excellent. I went around 7:30 PM. However, the staff member, Trish, didn't seem very friendly. I felt a bit uncomfortable being there, as if I had disappointed her. I believe a friendly smile can really enhance a customer’s experience. Perhaps she was just having a long day. Regardless, I’ll definitely return because I really enjoy Hardee's food!
The food was great. It was about 730 pm. The person Trish) was not very friendly. I really felt like I was imposing on her by being there. I think a little smile goes a long way to make a customer feel appreciated. Maybe she was just tired, I will definitely go back as I love Hardee's food
Service was good even tho short staffed. Food was hot and tasted good
The food was delicious. The service was a bit slow, but we only encountered one staff member who seemed to be working at that pace, and it wasn't his fault.
I visited this restaurant for a burger, and it was the best one I've had from that franchise. The gentleman who prepared my meal was named Phil. If he's on shift when you go, be sure to have him make yours!
