Papa John's Pizza - Bechtelsville

This is the best Papa John's I have ever ordered from. The food has always been cooked correctly and compared to other Papa John's you can see the effort in making sure your food is kept warm and packaged with some sort of care. Delivery has also beenquick.

So... it was okay for an employee 2 weeks ago to be eating (touching his face to then immediately touch the computer and MY FOOD without washing his hands... But I came in without a mask and was given snarky remarks (it's illegal... feel free to educate your staff on cross contamination and the actual laws! It is not illegal to not wear a face mask if you have underlying health conditions...

Very rude. Always forget the extra dipping sauces that I pre pay for. Never an apology and never offer any way to right their wrong. Will be a Dominos customer moving forward!

Bacon Meatball Pizza! ? I've grown to appreciate Papa John's pizza, they definitely have better and more natural ingredients than others.

I just left the restaurant and I’m quite disappointed. I ordered three cakes at 9:50, and by 10:00, my card was charged. Around 10:30, a staff member called to inform me that the delivery driver—who is a girl from their delivery service—wasn’t back yet, so they wouldn’t be fulfilling my order until she returned. However, they had already processed my payment as if they had completed my order. I ended up waiting for 40 minutes only to receive this news. I have the timestamps to confirm everything. This was at the Bechtelsville location, and the management here is just poor. They should have called me right away to let me know they couldn’t fulfill my order so I could make other arrangements. I’m a local customer who orders frequently, but tonight's experience was really frustrating. HMMMMMM.
