They give you punching cards but you can not combine them, so it is too hard complete your stamps to get your “free” beverage,Sometimes they say you can combine 2 and other times you just can’t.It is just a catch, most of the clients are paying with digital cards, they should register your phone number and honor their promotions.Cold and indifferent service ??

This was good finished it in under 20 minutes or so. Pretty quick service and they had wifi there without asking.

The tea was good as expected, however the service was questionable at best. The lady taking the orders Shannon) was visibly annoyed most of the time, she had an attitude taking orders or just being up at the counter, the service is what people come back for, and in this case it's the first and last time as there is a really nice Boba place just across the street with great service, just thought I'd give this place a try.

This used to be my favorite boba place but now it’s NASTY as hell, the bathroom has NEVER been cleaned, the windows look like they were greased over, floor is sticky. People complaining that they get sick from the food. Now when you order boba and select “other” to manually add a top it charges a tip automatically! What a scam! Better go to Mo Cha House across the street.
