Jennifer S. helped me by swiftly processing my checkout, resolving an issue with my savings card, and even entertaining my kids while I dealt with customer service. She also assisted me in carrying my groceries to the car with my children. It's truly considerate for an employee to go above and beyond like that, especially when I'm not at my best!
