I placed an online order and was informed that it would be ready at 7:10. I arrived a minute after the designated time and notified the restaurant that I was there to pick up my order. Unfortunately, they informed me that it was not ready yet. After a 20-minute wait and some confusion where they had lost my order and had to restart the process, they finally prepared my order.
The girl at the checkout counter never engaged me waiting for a takeout order. When I asked about my online order, she said she's waiting on something and never again checked on it. I waited 20 minutes before asking when my order would be ready. Another girl who was also disengaged opens the bag under the Online orders shelf and finds my order waiting there all this time. And not a word of apology. They don't seem to thing that there was any problem having me stand in front of them for 20 minutes and not engaging me. I felt like an invisible man.None of the napkins, sauces, etc I requested were in the bag.I was bit hesitant about ordering there again (my first in several years) after seeing that almost all the Panda Express locations have only mid 3.x review ratings. It's hard to believe that they somehow can stay in business with this level of unacceptable service!
I’m a dasher. They made me wait over 40 minutes for my order. Asked me the order name literally 5 times!!! And the order was ready the whole time. But they forgot to put the name on the bag?! Wasted my time and made me look bad and made the customer also wait for cold food!!! Horrible service. Im pissed!
The staff there on Sunday night really knew what they were doing! I'm usually used to servers barely filling the containers at places like Panda Express, but not here. They packed our family meal boxes to the brim! I think I’ve found my new favorite spot. We might actually be able to stretch an extra meal out of their family deal because of how generous they are. It's a godsend for a student budget!
They were extremely busy, and my online order wasn’t ready when I arrived. I told them it was no problem and that I’d wait at a table. The cashier was very kind, apologized, and even offered me a complimentary drink. The customer service pleasantly surprised me, especially since it’s been lacking at other places lately. Everyone working there was friendly and attentive, and I could tell my food was made fresh. Definitely a spot I’ll return to.
