The service was excellent, and the food arrived promptly. The drinks were fantastic. However, the food itself was only average. My Mole Chicken tasted more like chocolate pudding with chicken than I expected. The pork carnitas were an improvement over the mole. I'm giving it 4 stars because making mole can be quite challenging. Plus, the puppies loved the doggy bag! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mazatlan:
This restaurant offers excellent enchiladas along with tasty rice and beans, but I would recommend skipping the nachos. As shown in the picture, they were essentially a large mass of pita chips held together by melted cheese. We mostly ended up eating the separate toppings. To deliver a steak fajita burrito. Not only was it cold (probably not her fault), but the steak was unseasonal and hard as nails. Do not serve cut food roast and call it a fajita burrito. You're better than that.
We have had the absolute best experience at this restaurant! Weather to go or dine in my family and I have thoroughly enjoyed! The service is FAST and kind woth amazing food. I could not recommend it enough!
We thought the food was delicious. It wasn't too crowded. The customer service was absolutely incredible! We were checked on a handful of times and always at the right time. Not too much just with we needed something, so attentive.
Best Mexican takeout in over a year! And the order was 100% correct. We will be back!
I have been in different Mazatlan restaurants locations but this is our favorite over all, because they pay attention to the details from getting in they serve chips and two different salsas, the shrimp fajitas and the COCKTAILS are awesome!!! This is my favorite choices but everything is good, the only part I did not like is when the offer you to refill your drink... but they never tell you they will charge for another drink so every time they refill it, they will charge you for a full price of new drink, to me this is unappropied not to explain this to a customer before they offer you to refill your drink.
