It was as if they... read more The food is ok due to the fact that sometimes it 's great, sometimes not so great. The new potato poppers come with gravy that was not gravy. It was as if they mixed the gravy with water, and it tasted like literal nothing. Some of the food like the fries can taste old and cold like it 's been sitting under a heat lamp for too long. The service the last couple of times I 've been there has been not so good at this location. It 's as if they dont want to help you or are bothering them for something such as a simple sauce request. KFC used to be great and has slowly gotten rid of favorite items, raised the prices, and lowered quality service. Also, consider going in for your order VS. drive through as they 8/10 × 's get it wrong. Maybe I should try a different location, but i seem to run into this at KFC in general. I am a loyal customer here for over 25 years and I have seen the service from this place go from bad to worse you walk in and three to four employees stare at y... read more I am a loyal customer here for over 25 years and I have seen the service from this place go from bad to worse you walk in and three to four employees stare at you but not one says we will be with you shortly until you show signs of frustration and then and only then do they actually acknowledge you. today i walked in and the on duty manager refused to sell me a deal that was clearly posted inside of the window and on a sign and in drive through.So then when she finally said she would wtf? then she refused to let me change from mashed potatoes to mac and cheese, that they even let you do on the 5.00 box...!!!!! Then after refusing and embarrassing me in front of other customers, she spikes the ball by telling the person next to me that she gave them extra food just for being patience wtf? again even the nice young lady helping me was surprised by this mis treatment and FALSE ADVERTISING SHE DID...The manager would not give me her name so all i can say here is she was short haired Hispanic woman in her 50 's as best as i could tell. after driving home and thinking about this i remember several times in the past ordering when same manager was on duty and she gave me a bad time then as well but not others..I am just about ready to sue kfc for false advertising and or refusal to honor sale prices... You get the service and quality of chicken that you would expect. Breading is half torn off and just Millennial attitude BS. I'd recommend driving somewhere else personally like Safeway's Deli has way better chicken.

I realize that minimum wage workers are often undervalued and deserve higher pay, but a bit of kindness and patience would have gone a long way—especially instead of raising your voice when I couldn’t understand you due to mumbling. I won’t be returning.
