Five Guys - Beaverton
Five Guys
Description
Five Guys has long been a favorite for its delicious burgers and fries, but recent feedback indicates a decline in quality at certain locations. Diners have reported issues such as incorrect orders, soggy fries, and a lack of essential toppings, alongside a noticeable absence of management oversight. Although many still rave about the burgers and commend friendly staff, inconsistencies and cleanliness concerns, like peanut shells on the floor, have left some patrons disappointed. A recent busy night showcased efficient management amidst chaos, hinting that while the food remains promising, service quality varies significantly, urging potential diners to tread cautiously.

We have loved 5 guys for a long time, but this specific store has gone down in quality. The fries were luke warm, the burgers were just ok, and they were out of whipped cream. We have had this happen twice to us now. Has the store just gone down in quality? We will be going back just not to that store.
We didn't have a great experience at this chain. I overheard some customers complaining about the fries, saying they tasted soggy and old. Luckily, mine were fresh out of the fryer, so I didn't mind that too much. However, my companion's fries were also soggy and old, which suggests that their fryers might not be at the right temperature for the potatoes. Additionally, I didn't appreciate how the staff tried to inform the manager about the issue, only to be dismissed or scolded when they attempted to resolve the problem themselves.
Always messed up orders, missing items etc.PriceyBurgers are good, the fries are not, always end up wet and soggy. It wouldn't be so bad but every time I order from here they always mess up my order, build the burger wrong, miss items entirely...Probably not going to get food from here anymore even though I like the burgers I hate having to get a refund for missed items every time I want to eat.
Tonight was definitely the busiest I’ve ever seen it. There were at least 30 people waiting for their orders, with only three employees working. The general manager was in charge and handled everything incredibly efficiently. He offered drinks to the waiting crowd and kept everyone updated on their order statuses. As an Uber driver, I was really impressed by how well he managed the situation. Great job!
