My meat hit the grill at 4:13pm and I am still waiting. I like their burgers, but at $10- for a single, I don’t like them THIS much.

Stupid expensive for fast food. $20 for a burger, fries, and soft drink! It's cheaper to eat out in Waikiki Hawaii. That being said, I overheard customers complaining about the fries tasting soggy and old, mine were fresh out of the fryer so I thought nothing of it. Mine also ended up tasting soggy and old, which only means your fryers are probably not at the correct temperature for the potatoes. Also didn't really appreciate when the staff was trying to tell the manager something and she would wave it off or get mad when the employee was trying to fix the issue … – show
