We were a large party with two toddlers. We really enjoyed the live music! Kept the kids entertained!!! Food was good. French fries were really good! Also had quesadillas, cheeseburger, coconut shrimp and grilled chicken. Not really happy to pay $1 for bottled water but overall we had a pleasant time. AND it was air conditioned!!
Tonight my family and I were looking for some friendly vacation fun, and decided to try out ‘Rum Runners’…. We were welcomed in by the friendly bouncer out front and headed to the bar for a drink. We unfortunately made the mistake of approaching a bald bartender who wore glasses that made his eyes twenty times their original size. Very bubbles from trailer park boys like. And let me tell you, his looks were quite deceiving. He ended up exploding on 2 members of my party demanding their ID’s after they were previously checked before we even entered the bar. He claimed they were fake, and made a huge scene in front of everyone at the bar. We have never been quite as ridiculed as we were tonight at Rum Runners…. To the management at this establishment, please recommend dear bubbles to work in another profession besides serving. He is not cut out for it.
Overpriced and below average food in both taste and quantity. Feels very much like a tourist trap. Entertainment is good. Extra charge for card payments so consider taking cash.
