Chips, salsa, and drinks were served right a... read more We were a group of 11 with a reservation for 5:00 p.m. on a Saturday, and we were promptly seated upon our arrival. Chips, salsa, and drinks were served right away, creating a cozy, rustic atmosphere. However, we did need to follow up a second time to receive one of the delightful lemonades we had ordered. The food was good, and as noted, the drinks—especially the horchata and lemonade—were delicious. One downside was that our food orders arrived a full 20 minutes apart, which wasn't ideal. Maria's mild and hot salsas are my absolute favorites; whenever I'm in Beaver and Maria's is open, I'm definitely getting some salsa! One person in our party tried the fried ice cream and said it was also delicious. As for vegetarian options, there are plenty to choose from.

The food was excellent, fresh,... read more We stopped in Beaver for the night on our way home from Yellowstone. We were craving Mexican food and were lucky to find Maria's. The food was excellent, fresh, authentic, and very reasonably priced. The service was prompt, efficient, and friendly. We will definitely return next time we are in Beaver.

The young server was very hospitable and checked on us at the right time. She brought the right amount of chips and salsa and kept it coming. The food itself was the BEST I've had in a LOOONG time. The place was clean. The fire going (here in Oct) was cozy. It was a GREAT meal. Kids meals were under $6 and had generous portions. We walked away full, with to go boxes and literally were so happy it was within the RV Park. Its a MUST eat.
