Fox's Pizza - Beaver

Placed my... read more Ordered for delivery on a Sunday. Placed a somewhat large order (cheese breadsticks, 2 small pizzas, a large pizza, 2 strombolis and a cookie pizza). Placed my order just before 3:30. I was quoted 45 to an hour. Not a big deal. I expected that. An hour later, nothing. Another hour later i called to check. I was told its on its way, it was a big order . I suppose that was an attempt to explain away a 2hr wait. Another 30 mins went by before my order arrived. 2hrs and 30mins to get my order (which would not have been a problem if thats the time frame i had been qouted or if i had been offered a reasonable explanation) A $60 order. Plus we added an additional $10 for the driver. Everything was cold and needed reheated. After we got our order i realized we were missing our cheese breadsticks. So i called again. I was placed on hold for 5 mins. I was told we didnt order it. I did ask for it. If they didnt add it, thats no problem. But i wasnt given a reciept so i cant even verify. Im not one to complain. Ever. I didnt even complain over the phone but. I spent 10yrs working/managing in pizza shops. I know how it is. From a professional stand point, the people I dealt with could use some retraining when it comes to customer service because it was non exisitant. Incredibly unprofessional. No one even attempted to make any kind of apology. Lesson learned. I wont be ordering from this location again. Ill be going to Vocellis (I only tried somewhere new because my regular is closed on Sundays) because they have never in the 6yrs ive been going there messed my order up and i have never had to wait more than an hour for a delivery. 9 out of 10 times, they get it to me in less then 40mins. Even when the orders are large.

The potato wedges are excellent and the Italian, steak, and grilled chicken hoagies are always fresh and great. The salads are fresh and good! We love the bread on the sandwiches too. The pizza is some of the best pizza I have had, love the sausage pizza. It is close to where we live and everyone is always pleasant and friendly on the phone. Thank you again for great service!
