Eagle Point Resort - Beaver
Eagle Point Resort
Description
Nestled in a stunning mountainous location, this ski resort offers a mixed experience for visitors. While some highlight its breathtaking views and excellent beginner slopes, others express concerns about the maintenance of facilities and dining options. Reports of poor service, broken lifts, and overpriced, subpar meals tarnish its image. However, many families enjoy the tranquillity and accessibility of the lodge, making it a fantastic choice for those seeking adventure without long waits. Despite the shortcomings in amenities, it remains an appealing retreat for both winter sports enthusiasts and summer escapade seekers, proving that beauty can sometimes overshadow the flaws.

Unexpected gem!! Even after weeks of no snow, the conditions were surprisingly great! The food, drinks and service were just one more amazement that we didn’t expect for such a small mom pop ski area. We skied all day and still didn’t get to all the runs. The layout is a bit confusing at first and parking signage could be improved, but it was nice to have separation between beginner intermediate skiing vs intermediate advanced areas. Even on a Saturday it was not busy at all! We WILL go back!
This place is great for a summer to get away from you! far and not too far away. it is peaceful and quiet. the rooms are fantastic! they have everything they need. Eat and service is fantastic! we had a great time with paintball and e-bike activities!
Lots of fun and space for the family ski trip or a friend getaway. Gorgeous views of the utah mountains, sunsets, and slopes. Really cool staying in a place where you can ski out to the mountain and where it’s not a trek to get back to the condo. Only downside this year was they took out the hot tub it really was something else sitting in that hot tub on top of the slope and looking out at the views.Prep for being up in the mountains with little to no service and no services shops. There’s one restaurant but isn’t open all day, prep for snacks and meals if you didn’t plan ahead to eat at the restaurant. Make sure your condo has wifi if that’s something you need :
I drove three hours to the ski resort, eager for a fantastic day of skiing on fresh powder. Unfortunately, I was met with disappointment upon discovering that vandals and thieves had trespassed and ruined the pristine conditions. I'm relieved to hear they were arrested and prosecuted for their actions. What they did was illegal, and they should face the consequences. I pay for the privilege of enjoying the slopes, and they should have to pay for their misdeeds as well.
