I couldn't have enjoyed my stay more at the Cabins at Beaver Creek. The cabin was super nice inside and had everything we needed. The grounds are gorgeous, located right near a picturesque river. Michelle provided the campfire and s'mores, which just added to the experience. Michelle is also super friendly and gave us great advice on what to see in the park. I highly recommend staying here if you're going through Oly... View all feedback.
There was only one downside to the Cabins at Beaver Creek… I only booked two nights and wish I had spent more of my trip here! Seriously, this place is amazing. Whatever time you want to spend here, at least add on one more night. The cabins have everything and are so cozy. We were in Cabin 1; fireplace, kitchen, tea/coffee and all accompaniments that go with that, a grill on the porch, super comfy bed and pillows, large comfortable bathroom, swivel tv, access to a large DVD collection, reading material in the cabin. And thats only what’s IN the cabin. Outside wonderful ambience, birds, access to private spots on the river, a charming old bridge, feeding maple leaves to the goats and cows (with owner’s permission of course), borrowing Bailey the dog to walk us to the river, s’mores by the fire, and great info on everything local from John and Michelle. John and Michelle are the consummate hosts. We felt very welcomed and taken care of. They clearly are pros at hospitality and have designed the perfect setup with their cabins. Forks is the nearest town (15 min drive) with a Thriftway for groceries. This location is perfect for half day trips to Rialto Beach, Kalaloch, Hoh Rainforest, Sol Duc, and Lake Crescent. You could stay at the cabins and experience most of the major sites of Olympic National Park. If I had to do it again, I would’ve spent my entire trip here. Better ambience, better hospitality, better accommodations at a lower price than the other places I stayed on rest of trip.
I recently stayed in cabin 4 with my sons on our ONP portion of our PNW trip. This place was amazing! So beautiful and relaxing. The property is beautiful right next to the river. There's a great path to walk to a cool old moss covered bridge. The cabin was well appointed with everything one could need. Michelle was a great host she responded to all messages very quickly and was super helpful. And the night time fire and s'mores was a fantastic treat. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
We were fortunate to spend 5 lovely days in a cabin. Michelle and John are fantastic hosts. The location and environment exceeded our expectations. The cabin was extremely clean and well stocked. We enjoyed roasting marshmallows and sausages over the fire pit in the immaculate grounds. The Sol Duc River is only a few steps away making this an ideal getaway.
I have been fishing the Olympic Peninsula since 1993. I have stayed just about everywhere. The Cabins at Beaver Creek are my go-to. Unless you are looking for a lodge with a restaurant (options limited on the Olympic Peninsula), these cabins are the best accommodations on the Peninsula, hands down! Gorgeous property, clean, comfortable cabins, and the owners are wonderful! Highly recommended!!!!
The setting couldn’t be more beautiful. Enormous trees, perfect play space with grass for kids, area for the bonfire and you can hear the river from the porch. Well-stocked, immaculately clean cabin. The stairs to the upper beds were perfect for us, but narrow, and I wouldn’t have my disabled mother or grandmother try to use them. We hope to come back and would love to try to rent out several cabins with more family or friends.
