The manager tel... read more Pre-ordered a meal 40 minutes in advance. Was told my order had been canceled even though I had received confirmation from both KFC and my bank. The manager tells me to reorder it. While I am placing the order again he tells me I am hurting his drive-thru time and need to finish ordering in the parking lot and they'll bring it out. I reordered and then sit and waited for a while before having to go in and get my order that they weren't even putting together. Not one apology. I showed the manager 2 confirmation messages and my banking details which showed 2 charges.

Manager has signs posted on fridge for employees threatening write ups. Who ever is the store manager is a joke. Employees waited on me making my order. The general manager is lucky to have an employee like that. But the general manager should be the one written up for not knowing how to be a manager. Threatening write ups over stupid stuff makes you a joke.
