Description
**A Culinary Journey at Foosing: A Mixed Bag of Experiences**
Foosing has garnered attention for its Chinese cuisine, attracting fans with its delicious chicken balls, beef with broccoli, and exceptional egg rolls. Many patrons have praised the generous portions and affordable prices, making it a popular takeout spot. However, recent feedback suggests inconsistency in food quality, particularly with certain dishes arriving stale or overcooked. While some customers reminisce about their childhood favorites, others express disappointment over less-than-fresh meals. Despite these mixed experiences, the restaurant continues to draw loyal customers who appreciate its friendly service and tasty offerings, making it a beloved location in Lower Sackville.

We ordered a feast: Beef and Broccoli, Chicken Chow Mein, BBQ Pork Lo Mein, Sweet and Sour Chicken Balls, Chicken Fried Rice, two Spring Rolls, Meat-Filled Wontons, and three Egg Rolls (this was for five people). As we sat down as a family to dig in, something remarkable happened. The Lo Mein seemed to float off the plate, and I heard a voice echoing around me saying, “I am for you!” before it dropped straight into my mouth. It was divine! The Beef and Broccoli was equally impressive, almost as if it was determined to provide me with the nourishment I needed. I swear, the Fried Rice looked like it was coming to life, dancing and calling me to indulge. At the same time, my Egg Rolls appeared to stand up and bow before dipping themselves in sauce, practically begging me to eat them. The Chicken Chow Mein was eager to be next, closely following the Wontons. Meanwhile, my kids were enjoying the meal so much they started asking to do more chores around the house. One even offered to give up his Xbox and games just to help out more. Overall, it was an amazing experience and absolutely worth it. I would rate it a perfect 5 out of 5 stars, though your experience may vary!
My favorite Chinese restaurant in HRM! The combo meals offer incredible value—where else can you find a meal for under $10 before tax? The staff is wonderful, the portion sizes are generous, and the egg rolls are fantastic!
Food was good, chicken chow mein is top notch. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
Food tastes good, if they don't forget an item or don't give you the incorrect item altogether. Unfortunate to have had two incorrect orders in a row. Would still recommend the food as it is very well made and keeps me coming back, just check twice before you leave.
