Chez Bolduc - Beaupré

This restaurant is the perfect spot if you're in the mood for American cuisine. Their menu features tasty, snack-style dishes, including poutines, burgers, chicken, soups, and much more! The prices are reasonable, and the portion sizes are generous. The service is up to par as well. Plus, there's a fantastic dairy bar from Bolduc right next door that serves amazing ice cream. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'll definitely return.

How can anyone rate this place lower than 4 stars? The poutines are authentic, featuring squeaky cheese curds, rich brown gravy, and fresh, hot fries. The portions are quite generous! We opted for the large poutine special for 2, adding pogo and smoked meat, which also came with 2 small well drinks. The service could use some improvement; we waited while 4 staff members engaged in a casual chat. I can't comment on the rest of the menu, but the poutine was definitely impressive.

We arrived here after visiting Basilica St. Anne and ordered a cheese pizza and a vegetarian pizza. The food was exceptional, the service was fantastic, and the prices were very reasonable. I believe our server and cashier was Cidrik, and he was incredibly friendly and welcoming.
