I loved the service. Large wine card with a very helpful sommelier. We had a wonderful experience until the beginning of the dog war. Who is to blame when customers' pets destroy what would otherwise have been a great experience? It would be me because I was offended by animals sitting at the table next to me, eating at the table? Uncontrollable animals that run after others that were well managed? Or is it ultimately the responsibility of restaurants to put customers with pets close to others so that the dog war can happen? I have to expect that when guests with undisciplined animals enjoy a culinary experience for others, the restaurant retains the situation. Ask people with undisciplined animals to control or leave. If it comes to frequent guests, it's more important, because they will hunt others and ruin your reputation. If it doesn't matter to you, you'll eventually fail. I loved food. I loved the service. Who is to blame when pet customers destroy what would otherwise have been a great experience? Could I be because I was offended by animals sitting at the table next to me, eating at the table? Out-of-control pets that were well managed? Or is it at the end that restaurants have the responsibility to put customers with animals near others so that dog wars occur? I have to expect that when customers with undisciplined animals ruin a culinary experience for others that the restaurant will correct the situation. Ask people with undisciplined animals to control them or leave. If they are frequent guests that is more important because they will hunt others and ruin your reputation. If it doesn't matter to you, you will ultimately fail.

Some of the best s... read more We stopped in Beaune for lunch as part of a wine tour. I dearly love squab aka pigeon and they had it on the menu. They were plump and juicy. Some of the best squab I have ever eaten. This is a splurge restaurant but worth every penny. Menu is small so check it out to make sure they have something you will enjoy.
