I came from Switzerland to eat here and was... read more One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. It truly feels like the restaurant’s quality has declined significantly. I came from Switzerland to eat here and was met with extremely rude staff and very poor service. I honestly don’t understand how this place is still listed in the Michelin Guide. If you’re in Beaune, I strongly recommend avoiding this restaurant.

We particularly enjoyed the carpaccio of carabinero prawn, the sweetbread with courgettes and basil pesto and our shared dessert; a play on tiramisu with a lot more texture and more importantly chocolate! They also serve the tastiest gaspacho we've ever had. Service is warm and their collection of wine is amazing. A definite must-visit in Beaune!

The cuisine, from ap... read more An exceptional gastronomic experience: Bresse chicken (the 5383rd, I believe) with black truffle. We'll be back before the 5000th, I think. The cuisine, from appetizer to dessert (ceviche, chicken, fresh apple dessert), was delicious. The service was very professional and attentive, and the sommelier, Jeremy, was top-notch in terms of advice and knowledge. The setting is charming, rooted in the local area, and tastefully renovated. In short, thank you to the team and greetings from Alsace!
