Beautiful piece and super good me that doesn't like in normal time the nougatine was perfect not too hard for our little teeth a very good taste and crunchy (well dosed what) The excellent vanilla cabbages great taste however I found that coffee cabbages had a little less taste (we might not smell enough coffee. But it's rather personal) the small profession plate in almond paste would have been better because of chocolate... bah... it melts. Anyway, going there was good and beautiful.
