They are not welcoming and was argumentative regarding the portions if more was requested. My finances were questioned regarding the request which was inappropriate and unprofessional.

They always give me ONE SMALL scoop of meat with a whole lot of rice, so when I asked why is that the employee states “the rice is free you’re paying for the me... read more They always give me ONE SMALL scoop of meat with a whole lot of rice, so when I asked why is that the employee states “the rice is free you’re paying for the meat, so we give you more rice to fill the bowl or burrito “ so why would you NOT give me more of what I’m paying for?? Then when I tell him to put a FULL SCOOP of meat this time he proceeded to inform me that it’s extra $3 an ounce. I told him it’s fine even though that didn’t make sense because he previously told me that I’m paying for my meat $9 for the one small scoop) an extra scoop is $3 full scoop) ….so either my math is off or chipotle is getting over on me my hard earned money! For all they know, this could be my last meal until I get paid next week! If you’re going to get fired for giving me what I came to spend money on just say that I’ll understand to go elsewhere. This was also my first time coming back after 3 years of not eating here because of the exact same issue!! Baytown nor houston chipotle doesn’t do that, so I’m starting to assume that it’s just Beaumont.
