Check In thru Check out was very good. Clean nice room. Very friendly personal. Breakfast they had sausage biscuit sandwiches that were not very good. No eggs at all. If they stepped up a little on breakfast it would be excellent all around. View all feedback.
What Angela Kunze doesn't like about Quality Inn At Town Center:
Room phone was broke , turned down bed and sheets had a large hair ball. A slight smell entering room. Not the worst but for sure not the best. The young lady at service desk was nice and what staff I interacted with was friendly. View all feedback.
One star off because Google maps has a hard time directing people to the entrance. Rooms are exactly what you pay for. Service is excellent, however! Tanay was super accommodating for making sure my family stayed together I got an easy-access room per request. Tammy on the audit shift was hilarious and efficient on the check-in process. Great crew!

I was on the back and my neighbors were a bit noisy and so were their dogs. It did not mar my stay too much. I was surprised that there was no parking near my room. I parked on the side since that was the closest. When a car alarm went off, I got dressed and went out to check on the car. But everything worked fine. I would stay there again.
This is one of my favorite places to stay when I'm in the area, but in the past my King room was huge which was nice but with last visit, the same requested room as in the past was very small, it wasn't a bad room at all but I just prefer more room. The ac was great in the room I must say, which was great due to some very high temperatures outside.
Stayed here for 3 days when I had a water main break at home. For the price, it was a good bargain. Furniture kind of old, cob webs in corners of room, and end table had sand on it. But the bed was comfortable, the room was basically clean x for the mentioned things and the price was good. I extended by 2 extra nights. The last day I was there, I called the front desk to inform them I was staying. The phone rang for over 15 min, and I hung up. Housekeeping knocked on the door at 11:05a. and I told them I was extending. He said no problem. The front desk called to confirm and apologize for not answering the phone. I reiterated that I was extending my stay. 1 hour later, I see that they charged my cc 25$ more than the previous 2 nights. I called the front desk, and they said that was the charge for that night. It was a Wednesday, not a weekend, where one would assume it would be higher. I told them they should have told me and that I was possibly even leaving that evening. She said she would speak with the manager and get back to me. No one got back to me, so I called the front desk. Was told that if I left that evening, they would only charge me what they had for the previous 2 nights, but if I stayed, the new charge was going to stick. Ridiculous! If I left, they would only charge me for a day, but if I stayed, I had to pay more? The hotel was sold out that night, and im sure they were going to reissue it. The manager never bothered to speak with me. They have a right to charge what they want when they want. But I, as a consumer, have a right to know what that charge will be prior to them charging me especially when it was higher than the previous authorized charges! When i extended the day before, the rate remained the same. The front desk gal was extremely nice and professional. She was busy with numerous check-ins. She, and she alone, is the only reason I decided to stay and accept the overcharge. I am a Choice rewards member and expected more from management! Thank God the staff made up for it!
