Mcdonald's - Beaufort

Loves the layout, Spisch the lounge area. The staff is very clean and friendly. Great service!

Updated 2/7/22 Ms. Vickie Smith at Shell Point McDonald's called me today after coming to McDonald's customer service department. She was extremely friendly and helpful in fulfilling the order we had never met on 30 January. Their professionalism was a very refreshing given our previous experience here. Terrible experience, do not use the app for this location! On 30 January 2022 approx. 7:30 am I placed an order via the mobile app. I came to the restaurant 10 minutes later to find the restaurant closed. I called the store because there were several cars in the game and employees inside. I was informed that they had closed almost 2 hours earlier and I would have to contact McDonald's customer support to receive a refund because employees are not entitled to issue refunds for mobile orders. One day later, and I'm waiting to hear from them. I doubt I will ever see a refund, but I will definitely not be back to this place.

Awesome place to Dine in with your family. Food is always fresh and plentiful. I would definitely recommend it to anyone that's looking for a place to enjoy and evening of good eating with the family.

Have the sausage Gravy Biscuit meal and an egg.. It was a tasty ****, but still delicious! The ice cream had a bit too much flavor cream, but it was still delicious enough to finish. Lady who took my order was really sweet.

I love your coffee. It is good and full-bodied and hot! I don't know who trained your staff, but they have a good job of customer friendliness and how to smile. I don't think I've ever gone through this drive-thru, that both window personnel didn't want me a good day or good morning or afternoon, evening, depending on what always and had a smile. I'd ask your commanders to listen a little closer. This morning my order didn't come on the screen before I was told to pull, or I would have noticed the error in my order .. my sausage cheese Biscuit turned into a sausage mcmuffin. I didn't dig in my pocket until I was a good distance, so fortunately I had eaten them, but it wasn't what I ordered. Just say... be more careful when you hit these order buttons cause too many people have food allergies that can be dangerous. Otherwise I always say A for this place.
