Contribute FeedbackReviews for the restaurant generally indicate that for the price, the experience was just average. While the setting is charming and the service efficient, the food was not exceptional, with some complaints about the limited menu. However, some guests did have positive experiences with certain dishes, such as the veggie burger and quinoa salad. Overall, the restaurant received mixed reviews with most agreeing that it's a decent option if you're in the area, but not worth going out of your way for. There were also some specific critiques regarding organization, ambiance, and food quality that should be addressed by the establishment.
I don't know what the people expect for $20!? the decoding with Santa event was so well done! jennifer and the staff have made a great job! the quinoa with greens and sweet potatoes was amazing. my daughter loved the egg and hot chocolate. have you not seen how much time and effort has been invested in this event?
This place is beautiful and we had high expectations to visit our breakfast with santa. eating was okay, but they didn't serve much at a time. the visit with the Christmas man was great, as we once were with him in a remote room. the service was quite bad. our coffee was cold and the server did not come back to check us for drinks 1 hour. we asked for more coffee, but she came back without the coffee after another drink order. we asked for coffee again and she brought it, but it's not hot again. total the plots/buildings are very nice, but not sure if we would spend $28 pp on the basis of food and service.
We spent a lot of money on their breakfast with santa promo. we were specifically said that we would be in the beautiful restaurant above the lake. we were down in the banquet room. the buffet wasn't good, ran out of eating, tell out. we were told false information about when we get to eat where we leave the gifts when we meet santa. it was just strange to even play a little Christmas music, would have made it harder. very expensive for a not special or good hotel breakfast.
The Christmas part was wonderful, but eating was terrible and our server did not ask us if we wanted to refill on drinks until he released the table.
Individual time with Santa was great and we got a nice family picture. But, food was a disgrace. Not talking just mediocre many items were close to inedible. Quiche was runny and very undercooked. Egg bites were rubbery and lacked any flavor. Bacon was undercooked. Italian sausage was served instead of breakfast sausage. Very poor reflection on any executive chef in charge of this event. As far as ambiance, there was no holiday music and very few decorations. Service our waitress was an older lady and gave the impression she cared, but the others seemed to be untrained and were aimlessly walking around. And hostess ‘greeted’ our group by barking about masks no pleasantries whatsoever.
