Disregard the hours posted on Google Maps, Not accurate, Facebook has the updated hours. Unfortunately just wasted my time to learned that . Came for the dish everyone raves about smoked Ruben and learned that is no longer being served. Bummer of an experience . The server however was very kind, the interior and atmosphere is warm . Hopefully the food I did order will warrant a higher rating .

This food truck operator bought the Bear Lake Bar which had been vacant for some time. His food truck is in the parking lot and is the only kitchen. THE FOOD IS GREAT. This is a NEW offering and needs clients in the off season. GO. YOU WILL LIKE THE FOOD

Southern Sin Thesis owner, Curtis and his Bear Lake Bar was Amazing. The house Smoked Rueben is Off the Charts! Curtis the owner and Pit Master cooks his brisket long and slow on primary apple wood. If it’s not the best I have ever had it is in the top 3

The food and service was great! So glad to see the building is open and in use again. The interior remodel looks good.

Ate here for our first time today, burgers and homemade fries where the best we have had in a long time! We could see the meat lol
