Don't even deserve a star... order a nugget happy food and a smoothie at Drive-thru... came home and just to find out.... in the happy meal box.... was just a box of 4 nuggets and nothing else....and smoothie that's not even filled to the rim... it's like she ran out of the smoothie. Make better McDonald on St. Charles.... terrible....bad quality service and control.... For all customers... check your order before leaving the drive-thru window... even if it causes a line up... check your order and make sure everything is there!

This McDonald’s used to be good, but now it is absolutely garbage waiting in an auto-dru line for 35 minutes is crazy administration at night is terrible and has to be revalued. Service: Take Meal Type: Dinner Price per person: CA$10–20

I waited 30 mins in drive through for ice cream and milk shakes. The person didnt mention they didnt have any untill i was at the window. I would like to get compensated for wasting my time when it could have been avoided by simply telling me there was none at the beginning. I literally waited behind over 7 cars. All i got was a sorry . Service: Take out

Essentially ruined my afternoonI ordered online and when I got to the store, I was given 2 drinks when I had only ordered for one and I mentioned this to the attendant. When I left, I discovered they had charged me for both drinks. To make it worse, the drink sucked. Ended up throwing it away.
