I’ve ordered take away the 3rd of January and a dead fly was inside my green curry. When I called, the owner apologised and offered a free meal on the next order. No handover was left and a very inexperienced manager refused today to authorise...my free meal. Extremely unprofessional behaviour. I don’t recommend the place. A small, cosy little restaurant, yes the decor is a bit odd but we just come for the food. The waitress is attentive with filing your water up and we've never been sat waiting. Food arrives within 10-15mins hot and has fresh vegetables in the...dishes. Highly recommend the satay chicken skewers(!! . Soy sauce and chili flakes provided upon request. We normally have one drink, a starter, and two mains (one with a rice option and it's about $20 each so very cheap. If you're not looking for somewhere fancy but want tasty thai food I recommend.
The person speaking on the phone when I called for a delivery could not understand or hardly speak English,you need to hire decent people for this type of job,what a joke
I placed a phone order and was told 35 minutes, and it arrived 1 hour and 10 minutes later and the entire order was wrong. I rang them back and asked them to resend the correct order and they made me wait another 45 minutes,...so almost 2 hours to get dinner and it's not the first time it's happened. Disgusting and NEVER AGAIN!!!
Ordered food at 6pm and told 30 minutes until delivery. Called at 7.10pm to get an ETA and told food was on the way (I live 1 street away). At 7.20pm called back and told they were busy and to call back later, than hung...up on. Called back at 7.30pm and was told food was on way again. After making my disatisfaction clear, I was then asked to wait while the lady called the driver. After waiting on hold for 5 minutes I was hung up on. I've now ordered from another restaurant and wont be eating or paying a cent when the driver arrives. @seasoning Thai your service is a joke! Having lived in the same area for 8 years and dining at this place regularly over that period, the food and service were generally good in the past. The restaurant was sold to new owners a few years ago and both food and service have taken a steep decline. If you want good quality food and decent service WOULD NOT RECOMMEND....
Went here for a friend’s birthday recently and had a brilliant time. They were very accommodating and the food was incredible and reasonably priced!
