However this place was a sore disappoint... read more I was really excited about eating dinner here! I really wanted to love this place. I usually love eating out in Beacon. However this place was a sore disappointment. The service was Incredibly slow. I saw my waiter 2 times the whole night. I was waitingaround looking like a lost child waiting for someone to notice me. I had the mussels and the bread was reminiscent of biscuitdough fresh from can. The mussels were gritty! I only got two drinks the whole night. Everyone who worked here was dressed likethey just rolled out of bed, and that?s ok if this was McDonalds and not a fairly expensive eatery. The drinks were weak whichis sad. The online menu is totally inaccurate as far as price and offerings. They ran out of ribs and I arrived at 7pm. I justam highly disappointed with the entire night. I would say skip this place! There are so many restaurants that are actually goodin beacon!

We had the cheese charcuterie, crab cakes (only photo, we we're too hungry LOL), octopus, calamari, grilled mushroom, salad and a few more dishes. Most of whaywe ordered was delicious. The grilled mushrooms dish was a bit unexpected, mostly because it was more creamy then we thought.Overall the food was good. Our waiter was good and friendly, but the rest of the staff kept clearing our dishes before wefinished, so we felt very rushed for the entire meal. Atmosphere was pretty comfortable, but could be loud at times. It's anopen space and sound bounces around a bit, so it does get a bit noisy.
