I ordered the burrito with filet mignon, and it's the fir... read more I'm not a fish and chips guy. Carter's made me a convert! The fish and chips my wife got blew my mind. I ordered the burrito with filet mignon, and it's the first burrito I've never put hot sauce on. The flavors of the filet and the veggies and rice and beans were so perfectly paired and distinct from one other that even a drop of hot sauce would reduce the phenomenal experience of this burrito!

Carter's offers a range of options, from casual pub classics to an à la carte raw bar and beautifully crafted, impeccably prepared main dishes. It's rare for a restaurant to excel in every category, but Carter's manages to satisfy both those craving pizza and wings and those opting for oysters or salmon. Having sampled numerous dishes over multiple visits, including their various specials, I've never been disappointed. I always feel confident bringing out-of-town guests to Carter's, as everyone leaves satisfied. Additionally, it's worth mentioning that Carter's features excellent drinks and a fantastic brunch menu. In a city teeming with great dining choices, Carter's truly stands out and is the ideal place for anything from quick bites and drinks to a multi-course meal. Highly recommended!
