They didn’t put napkins nor ketchup in the bag. I ordered 8 piece dark half Original Half crispy. Had to wait 25 minutes on crispy chicken.
This is the worst KFC I've ever experienced. First, I was given a bowl instead of a pot pie. It wasn't until I returned to my workplace to eat that I noticed the error. The potatoes were cold, the chicken had the texture of rubber, and the corn was also cold. I called the KFC complaint line three times, and each time I was promised that someone would reach out to me. I explained to the representatives that I wasn't seeking free food; I merely wanted to share my disappointment with the quality of the meal. Unfortunately, I never received any response from them. I strongly advise against eating there at any time!
