Zizzi Ristorante Italiano & Cafe

We ordered from here with the EatNow app. Absolutely fantastic food. Real Italian. Took us back to Rome! It's a shame they don't do deliveries/online orders anymore though. The older gentleman who delivered our food was lovely!

Tried making a booking for 5 people when I rung I got answering machine , didn't want to leave a message as I wanted to talk to someone to ensure the booking was confirmed , but after ringing several times and only getting the answering machine I had no choice but to leave a message for my booking . No one rung me back , I rung several times over 3 days , even right up until 2 hours before we were due to arrive , but still got answering machine and no one ever rung me . I had to try and book somewhere else , so disappointed , get your act together ruined our night .never again

Had take away pizza here on a whim one nite very disappointed. After we ordered saw the special for dinning in but attentant said we can't change your order you will have to come back an other nite.No take home menus just a business card so you can order online.Pizza was not good at all not enough ingredients for the price and not very nice tasting. Dominos would of been more tasteful.

Food was disgusting, they charged more than the prices on the menu, there were multiple hidden charges that were not ordered and seriously $25 cake cutting fee because we bought a cake for a six year old's birthday...which we cut ourselves!!!Waitress was lovely but owner or Manager very rude!!!

We ordered the takeaway, a carbonara, marinara, a milkshake and chips.Delivery time was ok, but the food was absolutely disgusting and way overpriced, $63 dollars for two pastas and chips! The carbonara was ridiculously oily and tasted like nothing, the marinara wasnt too bad just bland as anything, the milkshake (which is advertised as a "Milkshake supreme") came in a tiny kid-sized cup, and just tasted horrendous. Amazingly they also somehow managed to cook the chips badly, they were all stuck together and had no salt on them.All in all please avoid this restaurant at all costs, food from a shopping centre food court is way better than this, I cant believe we got charged premium prices for absolute ****.
