Was Anonym at Daisy McBeans a mag?
This place is always a good place to stop at Pigeon Lake. The breakfasts are very good. The ice cream selection is excellent. The sandwiches are very good and a nice selection. The desert selection is amazing and they are always fresh. I agree the staff are not always warm and fuzzy but they work at this place every day all year round. The prices are good for the value. I needed do grab something quick on my way to an event after staying the night at the village creek Inn. I wish it opened earlier than 8 because I could have sat down for breakfast. However, they whipped up a breakfast sandwich quickly for me and it was very, very good. They had a few different coffee brews available and the first two I started pouring into my cup were full of coffee grinds. Eventually, I went with the regular roast and it was fine, but nothing special and did have a few grinds in it.

The food is delicious, but the service is very slow. My partner went to order breakfast sandwiches to go while I was getting groceries nearby.

Once again, Daisy McBean's serves an excellent breakfast.
