Nice crisp layer on the outside, soft pillowy on the inside. So much variety to choose from and they have the cutest mini bagels and even mini bialys. They offer a bakers dozen which is perfect in case you want to try something more unique.

The flavors were really unique, especially the bagels and cream cheese. I highly recommend trying the rainbow bagel with birthday cream cheese (very sweet) and the egg-everything bagel with jalapeno cream cheese (savory and a little spicy). Make sure to bring cash, as there is a surcharge for using credit cards.

I got the texmex sandwich with jalapeno bagel but it looked too delicious to take a picture before I inhaled it. Luckily my sweet girlfriend got a everything bagel with jalapeno cream cheese and was incredibly happy with her decision. Her words were this is the best bagel I've had and she was able to eat the whole thing. Very proud of her for that. Will go again. New favorite bagel spot.
