The store is spotless, and the sandwich toppings are consistently very fresh. You are always greeted with a warm hello and a smile, and they are dedicated to providing quality service at every level. The owner even offers suggestions for the best toppings based on your sandwich order. This is a fantastic restaurant with family-friendly service.

However, during my visit to this... read more Subway is a hugely successful franchise, and their commitment to consistency is something many businesses struggle to achieve. However, during my visit to this particular location, I encountered some frustrations. When I walked in around 12:19 PM, with the wind chill at a bone-chilling -30 degrees, I was dismayed to find only one employee handling the sandwich-making and cash register. I really didn’t want to wait, but I gave them a chance, assuming that the cold weather might have impacted their staffing. The woman working there could have been the owner or at least someone very invested in the business. As the lunch line grew, she managed to impressively keep up with the demand, making sandwiches almost as quickly as if there were two employees on duty. What really stood out to me was her dedication to cleanliness: she washed her hands after every customer interaction and put on new gloves for each new order. That was impressive and definitely earned them high marks from me. I've also used this Subway location for catering breakfasts in the past, and they can whip up breakfast sandwiches in no time. Compared to other Subways in the area, this one is my top choice. They genuinely care about their work, maintain a very clean environment, and show up even during harsh winter weather.

WE ARE paying your bills and don’t owe you anything. If you don’t have the patience for questions then you shouldn’t be operating a business. The man called me greedy because I wanted to use a coupon. Coupons are for saving money, who the heck wants to spend more money on something if they don’t have to? Very unprofessional and disrespectful owner.
