What Rose Mellow doesn't like about Le Soir:

One of my favorite place for the past 40 years! Excellent food. Superior service. Yasha, the owner personally greets everyone. Such a pleasure.

Excellent. Cute place with great French food and great service. The parking lot is a little tight but we were able to park just across the street.
