To say Jean Marc is welcoming and a spectacular host is to dramatically understate the situation. He is the “Energizer bunny” of great hosts. And the food was...as terrific as the location. Parking is right around the corner in the lot under the fortress. If you get to Bayonne you must have a meal here. Speaking for the charcuterie plate, duck leg and steak all excellent! Don’t miss it!!
