Nice small place on the riverside in the Centre. Opposite Les Halles. Very friendly owner. Enjoyed on the terrace in the evening the great variety of oysters and fantastic salmon. As I said small place not for a multi stage dinner. But a welcoming place for small fresh appetite. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Georges & Co:
After 45 minutes of waiting to eat 12 oysters, and several revivals to the server, we insisted on being served. And it earned me insults from the boss I wouldn't dare say again, the withdrawal of the glasses we were drinking. We left the table. The boss chased us by continuing to insult me and threatening me, and almost hit me in front of all the customers. It is a shame for the establishment!!! View all feedback.
The manager calls me on the phone saying that he would like to do an interview with me, he asked me to spend the morning at 10:30 a.m., I get there, I’m patient of course! Once present, he says hello to me being unpleasant and asks me who I don't even know that he brought a person, after that, no respect turns my back like I wasn't present to make me wait for him to finish his little storage, so of course I'm waiting! He speaks to me without even looking in my eyes asking questions about my experience I answer him with respect, he remains dry, and asks me where is himself that I worked without specifying exactly his questions, I answer him by stating that I worked in such a place, he answers me coldly and disrespectfully “I don’t care” Then by discomfort and how I was welcomed I clumsily have my hand in my coat, he cuts my word and sends me for a walk, and teaches me a lesson of morality about the fact that when I speak with a person I don’t have to put my hand in the pockets, I left, obviously gracious! We eat well, we are well received, we drink a drink, fried mussels are delicious and sweet potatoes too! Rachid and Max cooks and waiters are adorable! And the dijeau offered by boss Stephane is memorable. We are here and we recommend everyone! You feel like home! We're here every Saturday.
