The refinery is an upgrade from the previous bar that stood in its place. They added new lights, T.V. 's and a dining area that were all missing from the 'Pair of Jacks' divebar. The food is really pretty good. Food: 5/5 View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Refinery Tavern:
I went there with friends to check it out. The food was good, but when we went outside for a cigarette and came back in five minutes, we found someone at our pool table. We explained that we had been playing there and that our money was still on the table. We were the only people at the pool table at that time. Unfortunately, we were asked to leave. I have ordered from Refinery Tavern many times and the burgers and wings are consistently excellent. My son absolutely loves the Mexican Street Corn! It's always a tasty meal!

The atmosphere at the restaurant was fantastic, but unfortunately, the bartender was quite intoxicated. Our food order was taken incorrectly and wasn't marked as "to go" as we requested. On top of that, she was allowing random guys behind the bar, and the music was playing extremely loud—so much so that I believe the owner had to intervene and tell her to stop. To make matters worse, she locked herself out of the iPad, which meant we couldn't pay our bill and had to eat there instead. I had ordered my burger medium, but it came out quite overcooked. Overall, while the atmosphere was enjoyable, the service left much to be desired.
