Though listed as a participant on doordash, if you place an order they won’t notify you until the driver goes to get it that they do not partake in doordash. I tried calling to see if I could pick up my food and they rudely refused to engage with me and hung up on me. View all feedback.
While this restaurant is listed as a participant on DoorDash, they won't inform you until the driver arrives to pick up your order that they don't actually accept DoorDash orders. I attempted to call to see if I could pick up my food instead, but they were unhelpful and hung up on me rather rudely.
I'm really disappointed to report that Precious Bistro is no longer in operation. It has now been rebranded as Eat Rice. It would have been helpful if you had updated your online information to notify customers about these changes.
It used to be the best, but since they stopped allowing online orders, I've been disappointed. The customer service is quite poor, and the woman I spoke to on the phone always seems to have an attitude.
