What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
I visited on December 4, 2022, and used the app for a mobile walk-in order. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. When I arrived, my order was either incomplete or not ready at all. I approached two different employees for assistance in retrieving the rest of my order, but they both ignored me as if I weren’t speaking. 6 in the morning BARAKA the worst service horrible is asking a question about the order I placed and she gives me an attitude making face gestures complaining to me that I?m holding up the line she has people waiting and it wasn?t even 1 minute. Alsocomplaining that?s I made a payment with Apple Pay worst service!!!
They don't waste their time going there... the employees are always looking for lost, confused and slow. can't understand anything, their order will always come wrong, they have to check their acknowledgement because they are overloaded. drinks are disgusting. Truly, all need training .they will not even apologize after they have messed up, but give their attitude as if they are a more disturbing one for them.

I approached two different employees for assistance in retrieving the rest of my order, but they both ignored me as if I weren’t speaking. When I requested to speak with the manager, she came out and suggested I ask for a refund instead. I explained that I didn’t want a refund—I just wanted the items I had ordered. Ultimately, they did not help me resolve the issue. I would not recommend this location in Bayonne, NJ.
