I was never able to visit during their hours, but I sent my cousin to pick up the best cheese for me and keep it until I arrived. The Egyptian and Greek cheeses are fantastic! I asked them to cut it very thin, which is quite a task, but they did it perfectly. The Roomy cheese they offer is phenomenal—it's Egyptian cheese similar to Parmesan!
